Moon Sang-min, Cynthia, Lee Min-jae, and Choi Hee-jin Confirmed to Star in Netflix’s Upcoming Teen Romance Series 'Do Not Cross the Wall'

Netflix has officially greenlit its next youth romance drama, Do Not Cross the Wall, tapping a star-studded lineup of rising young talents: Moon Sang-min, Cynthia, Lee Min-jae, and Choi Hee-jin. The series unfolds across the high-stakes grounds of Jinwol Boys' High School and Jinwol Girls' High School, two prestigious neighboring academies separated only by a physical wall. Under the constant threat of instant expulsion for dating—alongside a legendary campus ghost story warning that climbing the wall carries a heavy price—the drama captures the electric, bittersweet chaos of nineteen-year-olds falling in love for the very first time.

At the center of the story are two childhood friends turned fierce academic rivals. Moon Sang-min stars as Lee Chi-won, the universally admired student body president of Jinwol Boys' High School who effortlessly excels in academics, sports, and demeanor. Opposite him, Cynthia plays Soran, the vibrant and lovable student council president of Jinwol Girls' High School. Though Soran is determined to outshine Chi-won at every turn, their long-standing competitive banter steadily evolves into undeniable romantic tension.

The dynamic shifts further with the arrival of two unpredictable figures who enter their tight-knit orbit. Lee Min-jae takes on the role of Gong Su-ho, a boy with a complicated, love-hate rivalry toward Chi-won who begins pursuing Soran with mysterious motives. Meanwhile, Choi Hee-jin plays Kim Li-ji, a bubbly and energetic transfer student who becomes Soran's new roommate and quickly shakes up the school routine.

Helmed by director Lee Soo-hyun (Shooting Stars) and penned by celebrated screenwriter Lee Na-eun (Our Beloved Summer), Do Not Cross the Wall promises a stylish, emotionally resonant look at adolescence and forbidden romance. The series will premiere exclusively worldwide on Netflix.
